I invite you to join my girls and I in tension releasing stretches at the the park, this beautiful, sunny afternoon.
After we have released our tension through our early afternoon stretches, we will read a book at the park in downtown Orlando as the warm, bright sun kisses our skin.
Meditation is one out of many ways to nourish a healthy mind, body, and spirit.
You can meditate in many ways.
Some like contemplative meditation, others like to chant or pray. I like to meditate while dancing or stretching to release tension and nourish my self expression.
My favorite place to meditate is in nature. Being outside raises your frequencies and can relieve depression, anxiety and aid in healing illnesses physically and mentally.
As a stay at home mom, meditation is a habit that I suggest you implement into your weekly (if not daily) routine to continue to release negative energy and decrease the stress that may build up after a long day of taking care of the kids and home.
Stretching your body is an amazing way to get the blood flowing in your veins and can open the door to beginning a physical workout routine.
Stretching and moving your body opens up yourself to metamorphosis and evolution.
You can do this anywhere but I highly suggest meditating outside in nature.
Being a happy stay at home mom and wife is to be healthy physically, mentally and spiritually.
We must nourish health from within through our daily activities.
I hope you enjoyed this Holistic Health & Wellness Wednesdays With Me!
