Spend the day with this stay at home mommy of two little girls. We will start today off with some yoga in my living room while my daughters play with their toys. After yoga, we will eat a fruit filled breakfast and sip on our green smoothie, which is filled with vitamins and nutrients from herbs such as moringa and spirulina.
