Suffering from acne, not matter what the type and level of severity, can be physically, emotionally, and mentally painful.
Acne prone skin is often seen as dirty or disfiguring to the public eye which causes a lot of people to suffer from low self esteem, embarrassment, depression andanxiety.
You may be a teenager picking at cystic acne, a person crying about their nodular acne, or scraping by through life with adult hormonal acne. No matter what your story is, this video will help remind you of how our internal inflammatory disease (Dis-EASE) does not DEFINE us but instead just may be a hidden blessing.
And it sure as heck STRENGTHENS us!
